EARN MONEY WORKING FROM HOME

Would you like to learn how you can make money working from home?

Well the process is simple. I am a real estate investor that is looking to acquire a ton of cashflow properties. All I need from you is to help me locate properties to add to my portfolio. For every property that you send me, that I buy, I will send you a check for $500. What I am looking for, specifically, are motivated sellers. A motivated seller is someone that needs to sell their home for some reason that is usually out of their control. Maybe they are:

·              Behind on payments and facing foreclosure

·         Tired of being a landlord and worrying about tenants

·         Have been trying to sell without success for extended time period

·         Paying double mortgage payments

·         Going through a divorce

·         Bankruptcy

·         Inherited a property that they don’t want to keep

·         Relocating because of job or military

·         Needs too many repairs

You can probably think of a few others, but I think you get the point.

The best way to get started making money right away is to take the time to think about everyone you know and ask yourself if any of them might be in any of these situations. If so, then you could help them out of that problem and get paid $500 to do it. Maybe that person is you. If you can’t think of anyone right now, don’t worry. I am about to share with you how to find people that fit the profile.

First, start telling everyone you know and meet that you are getting into the real estate business and are looking to buy a few properties. If you don’t feel comfortable telling them that you are looking to buy properties, then tell them that you are looking for properties for me to buy.

Then, call property owners that advertise their property for sale by owner (whether it be a sign in the yard, ad in the newspaper, ad on craigslist or whatever and ask the following questions. I was calling about the property you have for sale, is it still available? If so, then ask how much they are selling it for and why they are selling it. Listen for the key words and phrases listed above. Ask them “Would you be willing to do a rent to own or lease purchase?” If they answer yes to this question or have mentioned one of the other keywords or phrases as their ‘reason for selling’, then it is likely that you have a motivated seller on your hands.

Be careful not to talk to realtors or other investors like myself, because more than likely, I will not be able to work something out with these folks.

Finally, call ads or signs for properties that are ‘For Rent’. When someone answers ask “Is your property still for rent?” If so, then ask “Would you be interested in selling it?” If so, then ask “Could we do a rent to own or lease purchase?” If so, then they are probably motivated. Make sure they are not another investor doing the same thing I do or we could be wasting our time.

Now that you have found a motivated seller, all that is left to do is fill out the form below.

If I buy the house, you will make $500.

Now, I bet you’re wondering about the property itself. Well, I am not really that concerned about the property. I buy properties in any price range. I buy properties in any condition. I buy properties in any area. As long as the seller is motivated, I may be able to help them out. No motivated seller then probably no deal. Please send motivated sellers only. If you can’t decide whether they are motivated or not, then they probably are not.

The most important thing is to have fun.

Once again, thank you for helping me help homeowners.
